📢 We Are Hiring!

🔬 Position: Officer/Sr. Officer – Microbiology

📍 Location: Annora Pharma (A Hetero Group Company)

🎓 Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology or a relevant qualification

🛠 Experience: 6 months to 4 years


✅ Freshers with strong academic knowledge are also encouraged to apply!


📝 Job Responsibilities:

As an Officer/Sr. Officer in Microbiology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products through advanced microbiological testing. Your key responsibilities include:


🧪 Microbiological Testing & Quality Control

🔹 Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) on water samples 💦

🔹 Conduct swab tests, antimicrobial tests, Gram staining, and yeast cell count via microscopy 🦠🔬

🔹 Monitor the environment of the Microbiology and QC Lab and document findings 📑

🔹 Perform microbial analysis of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) with proper documentation 📋


🛠 Laboratory Maintenance & Calibration

🔹 Calibrate and maintain key microbiology lab instruments, including:

✔ Incubators 🌡

✔ Shakers 🧪

✔ Autoclaves ♨️

✔ Weigh balances ⚖️

✔ Laminar Air Flow (LAF) units 🌬


🦠 Aseptic Conditions & Media Preparation

🔹 Carry out fogging of laboratories to maintain aseptic conditions 🏥

🔹 Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) 📜

🔹 Conduct microbiological trials with finished products and raw materials for quality assurance ✅

🔹 Prepare microbial consortia from molasses 🍯

🔹 Handle and maintain pure cultures from ATCC, MTCC, and the IBPL culture bank 🧫

🔹 Prepare microbiological media and maintain media stock 📦
