Open Position: Trainee Research Associate - Bioanalytical Department


What You'll Be Doing: 📝

As a Trainee Research Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our bioanalytical studies. Your responsibilities will include:

Process Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of ongoing studies. ✅

Data Review: Analyzing chromatograms and reports from method validations. 📊

Equipment Management: Checking instruments and equipment for operational status and proper labeling. 🛠️

Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to SOPs and GLP principles. 📋

Concentration Data Verification: Checking subject sample data before release to PK department. 🧪

SOP Management: Generating, controlling, and distributing Method SOPs. 📄

Logbook Maintenance: Handling and archiving completed logbooks. 📚

Routine Validations: Performing temperature and humidity validations in the bioanalytical lab. 🌡️💧

Calibration: Calibrating pipettes and multipedes. 📏

Training Coordination: Assisting in training programs on SOPs. 🧑‍🏫

Cleanliness & Waste Management: Ensuring lab cleanliness and proper disposal of bio-waste. 🚮


Who We're Looking For: 🙋‍♂️

Qualification: M.Pharm or M.Sc Life Sciences 🎓

Experience: Freshers (Male candidates only) 👦
