🎯 Role Overview – What You’ll Do:

As a QA Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities include:

✅ Quality Compliance & Standards:

Supporting the QA consulting firm team in ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.

Assisting in the implementation of quality processes to enhance product safety and reliability.

✅ Document Control & Audits:

Assisting in document control, audits, and quality inspections of raw materials and finished products.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to industry standards.

✅ Process Improvement & Risk Management:

Contributing to risk management, process validation, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.

Identifying and reporting quality issues to help improve overall processes.

✅ Collaboration with Teams:

Working closely with the manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality production standards.

Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth execution of quality assurance procedures.

🎓 Qualifications – Do You Fit the Role?

We welcome freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience! If you have the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:

🎓 Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Material Science, Life Sciences, or any related field.

📖 Knowledge & Skills:

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, audits, and inspections.

Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.

💡 Experience (0-1 Year):

Freshers are welcome! 🎉

Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus but not mandatory.
