- 🔬 Professionals with 1–10 years of hands-on experience in microbiology quality control.  

- 💊 Expertise in Injectable/Sterile Products or Biologics Manufacturing (preferred).  

- 🧪 Strong knowledge of microbial testing, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance (e.g., WHO, GMP).  

- 🌱 A proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.
