Position Overview:

Shilpa Biologicals is hiring skilled Fill Finish Specialists to join our Biopharma Unit! 💉 If you have experience in handling and processing injectables, pre-filled syringes (PFS), vials, cartridges, and operating lyophilizers, this is the perfect role for you. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our biopharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Operate and maintain fill finish equipment such as lyophilizers, filling machines, and sterilization systems.

✅ Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies throughout the fill finish process.

✅ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to maintain peak performance.

✅ Collaborate with Quality Control and Validation Teams to ensure product quality through inspections and validation tests.

✅ Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
