We are hiring for the position of Project Management Executive at Eurofins Genomics in Bangalore.


📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 1–3 years

🎓 Qualification: Master’s in Life Sciences or Biotechnology


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Project Coordination:

Filling RC forms and coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.

Managing and organizing sales-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.

✔️ Record Maintenance:

Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions to ensure seamless workflow.

✔️ Meeting Management:

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

Maintaining tender and quotation data effectively.

✔️ Customer Interaction:

Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Addressing customer queries via phone, email, or in person, including providing information and pricing details.

✔️ Collaboration & Upselling:

Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.


🛠️ Skills and Requirements:

🌟 Microsoft Office Proficiency:

Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for managing daily tasks and documentation.

🌟 Customer-Centric Mindset:

A dedication to delivering exceptional service and maintaining positive customer relationships.

🌟 NGS Knowledge:

Must possess a deep understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) services and technologies.
