💼 We Are Hiring:

Position: Scientist/Sr. Scientist - Antibody Engineering

📍 Location: Bangalore


🔍 Desired Profile:

✔️ M.Sc./M.Tech with 8–14 years of experience OR Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with 1–6 years of relevant experience.

✔️ Expertise in Protein/Antibody Purification techniques: Affinity, Ion Exchange, HIC, SEC, TFF, and bioanalytical methods (HPLC).

✔️ Strong understanding of antibody formulation.


🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:

🔬 Purification of novel mAbs, bi-/tri-specific antibodies.

📊 Conduct detailed physical/chemical characterization.

🧪 Develop and execute bio-analytical methods: SEC-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Protein Quantification, HIC, SEC, Glycan, RP, etc.

⚙️ Hands-on HPLC experience (programming, operation, troubleshooting).

💡 Design experiments for antibody production using mammalian expression platforms.

📝 Generate high-quality data and maintain databases.

🚀 Optimize and develop assays for innovative solutions.
