1. Production Executive 🏭

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry

Experience:

📅 2 to 3 years in an executive role in the food industry

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement production programs

✅ Achieve targets with optimal resource use

✅ Ensure product quality at every stage

✅ Monitor and verify OPRP’s & CCP’s

✅ Handle and manage manpower effectively

✅ Implement HACCP/GMP and food safety requirements

✅ Maintain records and ensure traceability

2. Quality Control & Assurance Executive 🔍

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry

Experience:

📅 2 to 3 years in an executive role in the food industry

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Organize sampling, inspection, and testing

✅ Knowledge of moisture, ash, and microbial testing

✅ Assist in customer complaint analysis

✅ Conduct HACCP & GMP implementation

✅ Ensure effective communication and handle vendor/customer audits

3. Production Officer/Supervisor 👷‍♂️

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry

Experience:

📅 1 to 2 years in an officer/supervisor role in the food industry (Freshers are welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee production quality and processes

✅ Maintain OPRP’s & CCP’s

✅ Implement corrective/preventive actions

✅ Manage manpower and ensure compliance with GMP & food safety standards
