🧬 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Curate databases from biorepositories and comprehensive genomic databases.

📌 Perform literature reviews to support gene-disease association studies.

📌 Update and maintain internal variant databases with high-quality data.

📌 Collaborate with bioinformatics teams for validation and interpretation.

📌 Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

📌 Stay updated on the latest genomic databases and biocuration tools.

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Education: Pursuing/completed BTech/MSc/MTech in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or any Life Science field.

✅ Familiarity with genomic databases like ClinVar, dbSNP, OMIM, HGMD, etc.

✅ Basic understanding of NGS data analysis and variant interpretation.

✅ Strong analytical, research, communication, and collaboration skills.

⏳ Duration: Minimum 3 months.
