Position: Research Associate - Invitro, Discovery Biology

📍 Location: Bangalore

🎓 Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech (Biotech / Biochem / Microbiology)

🧪 Experience: 2 to 6 years


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Cell-Based Assay Development: Optimization, validation, and compound screening under expert guidance.

✨ Enzyme-Based Assay Development: Optimization, validation, and screening for various therapeutic targets.

✨ Invitro Assay Expertise: Developing, validating, and optimizing assays for CNS, metabolic disorders, autoimmune/inflammatory diseases, pain, and oncology in drug discovery.

✨ Functional Assays: Extensive work on functional cell-based assays for New Chemical Entities (NCEs).

✨ Documentation: Writing protocols, maintaining lab notebooks, SOP creation, and data management.

✨ Data Analysis: Perform IC50 calculations, statistical analysis, and graph plotting using GraphPad Prism.

✨ Experiment Design & Reporting: Designing experiments, analyzing data, and sharing insights with project teams.

✨ Ethical Compliance: Adherence to safety and ethical guidelines in all lab activities.

✨ Team Collaboration: Work in a dynamic team environment with a zeal to learn and innovate.
