B.Pharma, M.Pharma, & M.Sc (Microbiology/Chemistry/Biotechnology)

🏭 Department Opportunities:

1️⃣ Production

📌 Expertise in sterile compounding processes, CIP/SIP systems, component preparation, and sterilization.

📌 Hands-on experience in aseptic operations, media filling, and area monitoring.

📌 Problem-solving skills for challenges in sterile manufacturing environments.

2️⃣ Quality Assurance

📌 Proficiency in risk assessment, CAPA implementation, and effective checks.

📌 Strong knowledge of SOPs, change control, and sterility monitoring.

📌 Experience in MQA operations, internal/external audits, and regulatory compliance.

3️⃣ Quality Control

📌 Expertise in analytical testing techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.) and microbiological testing.

📌 Hands-on experience in environmental monitoring (viable/non-viable), bioburden, and sterility testing.

📌 Strong knowledge of stability studies, release testing, and pharmacopoeial standards.
