🔬 Role & Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision:

Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 members, including interns, trainees, or apprentices.

Ensure proper training and daily supervision to maintain high-quality standards.

Documentation Excellence:

Prepare and review critical documents like MQP, MOA, MQR, Specifications, and analytical similarity studies.

Technical Mastery:

Operate advanced instruments such as HPLC, CE, and SoloVPE.

Contribute to method qualification and development for these techniques.


🎓 Qualification Requirements

Education:M.Sc., M.Tech., or M.Pharm in relevant fields.

Experience:5–8 years of experience in analytical biopharmaceuticals for Senior Research Associate.

8–11 years for the Scientist role.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in HPLC-based methods: SE HPLC, CEX HPLC, RP HPLC, Poly 20 measurement, etc.

Skilled in Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) techniques such as CE SDS R & NR, CIEF.

Bonus: Experience with the Maurice System and SoloVPE analysis.

Knowledge of Empower software and auto-integration adds value!

Advanced hands-on experience in:
