We are Hiring! Research Associate/Research Scientist | Elmentoz Research


Elmentoz Research is pioneering advancements in biotechnology, focusing on healthcare innovation and sustainable solutions. Our biotech-based team works on cutting-edge research to enhance bioprocessing, develop eco-friendly solutions, and drive scientific progress. We are looking for dedicated #ResearchAssociate / #ResearchScientist to join us and contribute to impactful projects.


Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 3+ Years in Life Sciences/Biotech


Key Responsibilities:

• Apply recombinant DNA technology, including gene cloning, vector construction, restriction digestion, and PCR-based techniques.

• Utilize genome editing tools like CRISPR-Cas9,site-directed mutagenesis, and siRNA/shRNA for gene manipulation and functional analysis. 

• Perform next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, including library preparation, sequencing, and data analysis using bioinformatics tools.

• Conduct cell culture and genetic modification experiments, including transfections, stable cell line generation, and CRISPR-based genome editing.

• Develop and optimize processes and protocols in biotechnology, contributing to advancements in the industry.

• Document research findings, analyze data trends, and prepare reports and presentations for project reviews.

• Support the implementation of sustainable and safe research practices within the lab environment.


Requirements:

Master's/Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields.

Hands-on experience in laboratory research, with skills in experiment design, data analysis, and scientific writing.

Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to advancing biotech solutions.

Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration in research settings.

Interest in sustainable technologies and dedication to fostering eco-friendly innovations in biotech.

Strong expertise in recombinant DNA technology and genome editing tools, such as CRISPR-Cas9.

Proficiency in next-generation sequencing

workflows and bioinformatics tools.

Skilled in advanced cell culture techniques, including genetic modification and functional gene analysis.

3+ years of experience in advanced genomics labs with strong documentation and project management skills, adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
