🚀 Available Departments and Requirements
1. Injectable Production / Manufacturing
Experience: 2-6 Years
Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
Skills Required:
Proficiency in handling filling operations of PFS, Cartridges, B+S Liquid Vial, Compounding, and Aseptic processes.
Exposure to isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizer, and autoclave.
Must have experience with USFDA regulatory environment.
2. Engineering
Experience: 4-8 Years
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation) - Minimum 60%
Skills Required:
Experience with process area handling and maintenance, particularly with manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilizers.
Knowledge of automation engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing and filling areas.
Electrical 33KV license is mandatory.
Proficiency in HVAC, utility, water systems, instrumentation, and process control.
3. Quality Control (Microbiology)
Experience: 4-8 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology (Minimum 60%)
Skills Required:
Responsible for sampling and analysis of water samples, including preparation of water reports.
Maintenance and record-keeping of microbiological reference cultures, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) maintenance, compliance, and preparing water analysis trends and environmental monitoring.
Preparation of laboratory reagents, disinfectants, indicators, and volumetric solutions.
Experience in BET, MLT, and sterility testing is required.
4. Quality Control
Experience: 3-8 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)
Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, KF instruments, IR, UV, and chemical analysis.
Working knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) with a focus on GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Stability knowledge is essential.
Experience with the USFDA regulatory environment and process is required.
