🔍 Position Details:

Role: Quality Controller

Department: Manufacturing - Food Processing Unit

📋 Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in food processing units. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards.

Certification: HACCP Level-4 certification is required to ensure you are well-versed in critical food safety protocols.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or any related field. This educational foundation is essential to handle the technical aspects of quality control.

Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 22000 (latest version) and experience in Quality Standards Implementation. Your role will require adherence to and implementation of these standards.

GCC Experience (Preferred): Experience working in GCC countries would be a significant advantage, given the unique standards and regulations in the region.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for upholding and implementing stringent quality standards in our food processing units. Here’s what we expect you to handle:

Quality Inspection and Testing 🔬: Conduct regular quality checks and tests on products to ensure they meet the highest safety and quality standards. Your attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining our product integrity.

Documentation 🗂️: Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and other essential data. Accurate documentation is vital for compliance and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement ⚙️: Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement process changes that enhance quality and efficiency.

Training and Development 🎓: Conduct training sessions for team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices. Your guidance will help foster a culture of quality within the organization.
