Role Highlights

As an Industry Technology Specialist within our Technical Service team, you’ll have a significant impact in these ways:

1. 🌱 Technical Expertise: Take the lead in biofuel, distilling, and bioenergy projects, ensuring high standards in technical service.

2. 🌐 Industry Support: Drive the development of innovative ethanol technology solutions by executing complex experiments and trials.

3. 🤝 Cross-Functional Networking: Build and maintain partnerships that leverage insights for both immediate and long-term technological advancements.

4. 💡 Analytical Precision: Use your skills in data analysis and process troubleshooting to convert ideas into actionable solutions, ensuring tangible business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. 👨‍🔬 Support & Develop Ethanol Technologies: Provide technical expertise and drive process improvements for biofuel and ethanol production.

2. 🚀 Lead Trials: Develop, implement, and conclude experimental trials at ethanol production plants.

3. 📈 Data Management: Analyze and manage data using MS Excel or other tools, translating results into practical insights.

4. ✈️ Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel extensively across India to offer on-site support and maintain industry relationships.

5. 🔍 Troubleshoot Processes: Identify and address challenges in processes like distillation, grain milling, fermentation, and saccharification.

6. 👥 Lead Experimentation: Design and implement experimental plans for plant trials, concluding with actionable insights for business growth.


Skills and Qualifications

🎓 Educational Background:

Bachelor's (BE/B TECH) or master’s degree (M. Tech/MSc) in chemical engineering, biotechnology, food technology, biochemistry, microbiology, bio-processing, or chemical refining.

💼 Professional Experience:

5-10 years of relevant experience in a related field.

Expertise within distilling and ethanol plant processes, including grain milling, continuous saccharification, fermentation, and DDGS processing.

1. 🔧 Strong Troubleshooting Abilities:

Proven skills to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.

2. 📊 Proficient Data Analysis:

Skilled in data management and statistical analysis, especially with MS Excel or other data tools.

3. 🌟 Personal Traits:

Innovative, proactive, responsible, and ready to drive change.

4. 🌍 Travel Readiness:

Willing to travel across India to deliver technical services.
