Experience: 2-3 years in Critical Care or Hospital Business as a Second-Line Manager with at least 3-4 First-Line Managers as direct reports 📈

KOL Connections: Strong relationships with leading Intensivists and Infectious Disease Specialists (IDs) across 7-8 top hospitals. You should have experience engaging in scientific discussions with top Intensivists 🩺

Authority Connections: Must have strong connections with Purchase Authorities at 7-8 hospitals within the assigned region 🏥
