Understanding of NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing):

A strong foundational knowledge of NGS is essential to succeed in this role.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Both oral and written communication skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with teams and conveying complex information.

Client Handling:

Experience in client management is important, as the role may involve interacting with clients for project discussions and updates.

Data Analysis Expertise:

Ability to implement methods for omics data analysis.

Skilled in genomics data interpretation, including:

RNA sequencing (RNA-seq)

Genomics

Metagenomics, among other related fields.
