✨ Key Duties & Responsibilities:
👨🔬 Conduct & Supervise Microbiological Activities: Regularly oversee and execute microbiological tasks.
🧫 Maintain Validation Protocols: Develop and manage validation procedures for various environmental controls.
⚗️ Laboratory Analysis: Perform rigorous analysis of all materials following sterilization protocols.
🦠 Contamination Management: Identify contamination in samples, analyze it, and initiate corrective actions.
📝 Culture Studies: Study microorganism cultures in isolation as per standard guidelines.
🔍 Microbial Monitoring: Analyze physiological and morphological traits to identify microorganisms.
📑 Ingredient Testing: Test all incoming materials and document results meticulously.
📚 Research & Documentation: Prepare research papers, technical reports, and process documents.
📊 Inventory Management: Handle purchase orders and maintain laboratory inventory.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Essential Skills:
Expertise in microbiology techniques, methodologies, and equipment ⚗️
Proficiency in microbiological analysis methods and lab testing 🔬
Ability to plan and execute experimental protocols strategically 🧪
Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities 🤔
Competence in preparing technical reports and research papers 🖋️
Proficient IT skills for documentation and data analysis 💻
