🎯 Eligibility Requirements:

✅ Certification: We’re looking for professionals certified as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), along with an HCC coding certification like CRC or equivalent. If you have the credentials, you’re already one step ahead!


✅ Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in HCC coding or risk adjustment coding is essential. Whether you’re just starting or have a few years under your belt, we value your expertise!


✅ Technical Skills: You should have a strong grasp of ICD-10-CM coding systems, HCC risk adjustment models, and medical terminology. This role demands accuracy, so being detail-oriented will set you apart!


✅ Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset are a must! We want team players who can adapt and grow within our supportive work environment.


✅ Confidentiality Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations is critical for maintaining patient privacy and data security.
