We are seeking skilled Microbiologists and Molecular Biologists to join our dynamic team. 📌 Key Qualifications:

Educational Requirement:

M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology

Experience:

Microbiology: At least 6 months of internship experience or relevant hands-on work in NABL or FSSAI-accredited labs specializing in food and water testing.

🔬 Required Expertise in Microbiology:

1.Water Analysis 💧: Proficiency in testing and analyzing water samples, essential for compliance and quality assurance.

2.Food Analysis 🍲: Hands-on experience in food sample analysis, ensuring products meet microbiological safety standards.

3.Microbial Limits Test (MLT) 🔍: Skilled in conducting tests to assess microbial load in various samples.

4.Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) & Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) 🧪: Ability to determine concentrations necessary to inhibit or kill microorganisms.

5.Probiotic Assay 🦠: Experience in conducting assays to test for probiotics and ensure viability and efficacy.

6.Culturing & Maintenance of Microorganisms 🌱: Familiarity with culturing techniques and maintenance protocols for a range of microorganisms.

7.Environmental Monitoring 🌍: Experienced in environmental sampling and monitoring to ensure cleanliness and sterility in lab conditions.

8.Growth Promotion Test (GPT) 🧫: Proficient in growth tests to validate media quality.

9.Media Preparation 🥄: Skilled in preparing various types of culture media for testing and experimentation.

10.Calibration & Instrument Handling ⚙️: Expertise in the calibration and proper handling of lab equipment.

11.SOP Preparation & Documentation 📄: Experience in creating and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining meticulous documentation.

🧬 Required Expertise in Molecular Biology:

1.DNA/RNA/Plasmid Isolation 🧬: Hands-on experience isolating genetic materials (DNA, RNA, plasmids) from different sources.

2.Gel Electrophoresis (AGE) ⚡: Familiarity with agarose gel electrophoresis techniques for analyzing DNA/RNA.

3.PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) 🔬: Skilled in PCR-based techniques, including RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) and RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism).

4.Gene Cloning & Expression 🧬: Proficiency in gene cloning, expression studies, and manipulation.

5.Protein Purification & Assays 💧: Expertise in protein purification, quantitative assays, and related techniques.

6.SDS-PAGE & Blotting 🖋️: Skilled in protein analysis using SDS-PAGE and various blotting methods.

7.Bioinformatics 💻: Basic knowledge of bioinformatics tools for analyzing genetic and protein data.
