2. Post - Executive/Senior Executive- Quality Control Biologics ( Job Code VB -JD-QC-01) 

3. Qualification Required- B. Tech. / M. Ss. / M. Tech. In the relevant field 

4. Experience- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality control in Vaccine/ biologics bulk manufacturing. 

5. Responsibilities- 

a. Manage and oversee all Quality related testing right from IPQC to final testing. 

b. Prepare and tests samples from all phases of a manufacturing and R and D process.  

c. Assay Development and Qualifications 

d. Calibration of Analytical instruments and Preparation of equipment calibration plans for analytical/QC department.  

6 Skills Required 

a. Hands on experince on protein estimation methods ( for exm BCA , Lowry , A280 ) SDS- PAGE , Western Blot , ELISA based methods

b. Experience in BET Testing, Cell Culture based Assays and qPCR testing 

c. Experience in host cell Proteins, Host Cell DNA , PCR and RT-PCR methods 

d. Preparation of SOPs , STPs and QC testing related documents.
