📍 Location: Nadiad, Gujarat

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Production Supervisor will involve key contributions in various essential areas:

1.Production Planning & Scheduling:

Design and implement efficient production schedules to meet targets.

Strategically plan resource allocation to maximize productivity.

Continuously monitor and adjust production activities to ensure timely output.

2.👥 Team Management & Development:

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of production staff.

Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, ensuring all team members feel supported.

Motivate the team to achieve set objectives and encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving.

3.🔍 Quality Control & Process Improvement:

Ensure that all production activities adhere to the company’s quality standards.

Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot any issues to maintain top-notch standards.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

4.⚙️ Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance:

Supervise regular maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring that the production floor remains a safe working environment.

Enforce compliance with all company and industry safety standards.

5.👩‍🏭 Manpower Management:

Organize and oversee labor distribution to optimize efficiency.

Address staffing needs and resolve personnel-related issues.

🎓 Qualifications Required
