Job Positions and Requirements:

1. Injectable Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 2-6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)


Skills Required:

💊 Expertise in handling filling operations of PFS, Cartridges, B+S Liquid Vial / Compounding / Aseptic processes

🌡️ Exposure to isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizer, and autoclave

🇺🇸 Experience with USFDA regulatory environment


2. Engineering

Experience: 4-8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation) (Minimum 60%)

Skills Required:

🛠️ Experience in handling process area maintenance for equipment like manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilizers

🤖 Proficiency in automation engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing utilities and instruments

⚡ Electrical knowledge (33KV license is mandatory)

🌡️ HVAC, utility, water systems, and process control knowledge

💡 Capability in process engineering


3. Quality Control (Microbiology)

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology (Minimum 60%)

Skills Required:

💧 Responsibility for sampling and analysis of water samples, along with preparation of water reports

📋 Maintenance of records for microbiological reference cultures, GLP compliance, and tracking environmental monitoring trends

🔬 Preparation of laboratory reagents, disinfectants, indicators, and volumetric solutions

🧪 Experience in BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Testing), MLT (Microbial Limits Testing), and sterility testing


4. Quality Control

Experience: 3-8 Years

Qualification: M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)

Skills Required:

💼 Hands-on experience in handling HPLC and GC

🔍 Expertise in KF instruments, IR, UV, and chemical analysis

📑 Familiarity with cGMP standards, with a strong emphasis on GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

🧫 Knowledge in stability studies

🇺🇸 Must have experience with USFDA regulatory environment and processes
