Position: Executive/Assistant Manager - Fermentation

Location: Enzyme fermentation units in Nasik and Prakasha, Maharashtra

About the Role: Biolaxi is hiring experienced candidates for the role of Executive/Assistant Manager in the fermentation department. The candidate will be responsible for operating fermenters and managing the fermentation process to produce enzymes. This position requires a hands-on approach and in-depth knowledge of fermentation operations. The role is ideal for those who possess a solid background in microbiology and biotechnology and are skilled in managing complex production processes to ensure high-quality enzyme production.

Key Requirements:

Education:

📘 B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, or Biotechnology

📘 B.Tech./M.Tech. in Biotechnology or Industrial Microbiology

Experience:

🛠️ 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with practical exposure to fermentation processes and equipment.

💼 Prior experience in enzyme production or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on Operation: Manage and operate fermenters used for enzyme production, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Quality Control: Monitor and control the fermentation process to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Process Optimization: Work on optimizing the production process, identifying improvements, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fermentation procedures, outcomes, and quality metrics.
