💡 Job Overview
As a Safety Associate Trainee, you will play a crucial role in the review, assessment, and processing of safety data across multiple service lines. You will ensure that reports are handled in compliance with applicable regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines, under the guidance of senior team members.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Training & Learning
Prioritize and complete assigned training programs on time. 📚
Continuously develop your pharmacovigilance knowledge and skills.
Safety Data Management
Process safety data as per regulations, guidelines, and project requirements.
Perform activities such as collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AEs), determining event statuses, and database entry. 💻
Code Adverse Events and products, write narratives, and handle literature-related activities.
Workflow & Compliance
Take on additional workflow responsibilities as directed by team leaders or managers.
Ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards. ✔️
Identify potential quality issues and escalate them to senior team members.
Team Collaboration
Attend project team meetings and provide feedback on challenges and successes.
Work collaboratively to meet team goals while adhering to IQVIA's core values. 🤝
Other Duties
Contribute to other assigned duties and ensure deliverables meet expected standards.
🧑🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences.
High school diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
Personal Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🗨️✍️
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong time management and organizational skills. ⏰
Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills across safety service lines.
Work Environment:
