🌟 Available Positions and Areas:
1. Drug Substance Production and Quality
Roles Available: Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager
Description: Join the team responsible for producing and ensuring the quality of biopharmaceutical substances that meet global standards.
2.USP Production (Upstream Processing)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with SS Bioreactors for cell culture and fermentation processes.
Handle media/feed preparation for optimal cell growth.
Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place), FIT (Factory Inspection Test), PHT (Pre-Heating Test), and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) procedures.
Operate centrifuges to separate cells from culture media.
Work on Monoclonal Antibodies and Bio-therapeutic Proteins.
Skills Required: Practical knowledge in upstream processes, bioreactor operation, and experience in handling production activities in a cGMP environment.
3.DSP Production (Downstream Processing)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Purify recombinant products through TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), chromatography, and virus filtration.
Execute CIP and SIP processes for downstream equipment.
Prepare buffers and solutions for purification steps.
Skills Required: Expertise in protein purification, knowledge of chromatography techniques, and understanding of downstream processing in a biologics production setting.
4.QMS Production (Quality Management System)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessment and root cause analysis for deviations, OOT (Out-of-Trend) results, and OOS (Out-of-Specification) occurrences.
Document and manage quality issues using Trackwise software.
Review cGMP documentation to ensure compliance.
Skills Required: Familiarity with quality management practices, problem-solving skills, and experience in using QMS tools like Trackwise.
5.IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide QA oversight during drug substance manufacturing.
Ensure compliance on the warehouse and shop floor.
Perform real-time quality checks to maintain product standards.
Skills Required: Attention to detail, understanding of cGMP compliance, and hands-on experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
6.QC (Protein Lab)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform protein analysis with a focus on quantitative and qualitative measurements.
Analyze samples to ensure they meet product quality specifications.
Skills Required: Technical expertise in protein assays, familiarity with laboratory techniques, and experience with quality testing for biologics.
7.QC (Bioassays)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-vitro testing using cell-based assays and ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay).
Focus on protein therapeutics and monoclonal antibodies.
Skills Required: Experience with cell-based assays, ELISA techniques, and bioassay methodologies for testing biologics.
