1️⃣ Technical Officer/Junior Executive/Executive – Production/Packing (OSD)

✅ Responsibilities: Manage granulation, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling areas.

Packing:

M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma/ITI

2 to 5 years of experience.

✅ Responsibilities:

Manage blister packing, bulk bottles, Track and Trace, serialization, and documentation.

Operate machines like CVC, Servo, Counter, CAM, BOS, HONGA & UHLMANN.

2️⃣ Junior Executive/Executive – Production (API)

M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)/B.Sc.

2 to 5 years of experience.

✅ Responsibilities:

Handle critical equipment like reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters, multi-mills, etc.

Monitor and supervise the production process to ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP.

Maintain documentation as per regulatory requirements, including change controls and deviations.

Identify technical issues and take corrective actions.

3️⃣ Executive – Quality Control (OSD/API/Injectable)

M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc.

2 to 5 years of experience.

✅ Responsibilities:

Operate QC instruments like HPLC, LCMS, GC, UV-spectrophotometer, KF, IPC-OES, and IR spectrophotometer.

Handle QMS activities and maintain lab records.

Ensure QC compliance with GLP activities.

4️⃣ Quality Assurance (API)

📜 Job Criteria:

M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc.

2 to 5 years of experience.

✅ Responsibilities:

Perform area and equipment line clearance.

Conduct process validation and cleaning validation.

Review BMRs and BPRs and manage QMS documents.

Address compliance issues, manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs, and prepare related documentation.
