Your Role & Responsibilities 🧪
As a Microbiologist with Murlikrishna Foods Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for various critical tasks, including:
1. Testing for Pathogens and Non-Pathogens: You'll conduct thorough testing to ensure that both raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) are free from harmful bacteria and pathogens, in line with industry standards.
2. Swab and Water Testing 💧: You will be responsible for performing swab and water testing across various areas, a crucial step to ensure a hygienic production environment and safeguard food safety.
3. Adherence to Specifications 📋: Perform testing on raw materials and finished goods as per defined specifications, ensuring that every product aligns with the stringent quality standards set by the company.
4. Laboratory Management: Experience managing an individual lab will be a great asset, as you will play a hands-on role in overseeing lab processes, equipment, and daily operations.
5. Pathogen Testing Expertise 🦠: Your expertise in pathogen testing will be highly valued. This includes proficiency in detecting, isolating, and identifying harmful microorganisms that may compromise food quality and safety.
Preferred Qualifications 🎓
