Position: Executive / Senior Executive

Experience Required: 2 - 7 years

Location: Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad

Preferred Candidates: Those with experience in regulatory documentation and cGMP/GLP practices

1. QC Chemical (M.Sc. Biotech) 🧬

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in Protein Analysis, Instrumentation, Molecular Biology, and Bioassay.

Document review, including test reports, calibration reports, logbooks, and activity-related formats.

Responsible for investigating Incidents, Deviations, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) issues during lab analysis.

2. IPQA (M.Sc. Biotech / Biochemistry / Microbiology) 🔍

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in QA Oversight.

Supervision of drug substance manufacturing processes, warehouse management, and shop floor activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. QC Microbiologist (M.Sc. Microbiology) 🦠

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Environmental Monitoring (Air Sampling, Settle Plate, Surface Monitoring, Personnel Monitoring).

Perform Water Testing, Bioassay, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), and Sterility Testing.

4. QA Analytical (M.Sc. Biotech / Microbiology) 📊

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Review Analytical Reports, Stability Protocols, and data sheets.

Investigation, review, and disposition of OOS, Out-of-Trend (OOT), Out-of-Group (OOG), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results.

Handle Incidents, Deviations, Change Controls in laboratory settings.

Oversee approval of Lab Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5. QA QMS (M.Sc. Biotech / Microbiology) 🔒

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

Conduct Failure Investigations, manage Quality Events, Change Controls, and Market Complaints.

Perform self-inspections, APQR, and trending of OOS/OOT results.
