🧪 Executive - Quality Control

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, excipients, packaging materials, water, and finished products.

Prepare and review:

Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Specifications (SPEC)

Standard Test Procedures (STPs)

Maintain knowledge of Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT) incidents, and deviation investigation procedures.

Review routine analysis data, stability data, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Adhere to procedures in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.

Develop and validate analytical methods for drug products and API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) protocols.

Analyze formulation development trials, routine stability studies, and drug excipient compatibility.

Execute and analyze assays, related substances, and dissolution tests via HPLC and UV instruments.

Manage HPLC and GC method development.

Execute water content and identification tests using IR instruments.

Review and release documents and materials.

Calibrate analytical instruments and stability samples.

Apply knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and GMP.

Qualifications and Experience:

📜 Education: B.Pharm or B.Sc in Chemistry.

🧑‍🔬 Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years in a pharmaceutical QC lab or similar lab environment.

👩‍🔬 Skills:

Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC.

Proficiency in handling IR, UV, dissolution apparatus, and other chemical analysis tools.

Experience with cGMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practice), WHO, and EU regulatory standards.

Experience in a specialized QC environment with documentation and process management skills.

🧫 Executive - Microbiology

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and reconcile microbiological media following SOPs.

Perform growth promotion tests and periodic culture suspension.

Conduct microbiological tests and interpret results as per SOPs.

Handle autoclave sterilization, decontamination, and disinfectant preparation with appropriate documentation.

Analyze and sample water in different production stages (in-process, raw materials, and finished products).

Calibrate equipment accurately.

Address OOS incidents, change controls, risk assessments, and deviations.

Prepare test and report documentation.

Implement SOP, STP, specifications, and protocols following GMP guidelines.

Identify and initiate process improvements to enhance the quality system.

Receive training in:

Environmental monitoring

Sterility testing

Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)

Bioburden analysis

Water testing

BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test)

Disinfectant efficacy testing

Container closure studies

Hold time studies

Aseptic process simulations

Participate in area qualifications and validation activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

📜 Education: Degree in Microbiology or an equivalent qualification.

🧑‍🔬 Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years in a pharmaceutical microbiology lab or similar environment.

👩‍🔬 Skills:

Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred.

Willingness to work long hours, in shifts, and during weekends and holidays.
