Designation: Executive or Senior Executive

Department: Production Biosimilars (Insulin or Glargine) - Upstream and Downstream Process

Location: VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad

📋 Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Candidates with a background in life sciences, holding either an undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) degree, are eligible.

Experience Required: 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.

💰 Compensation:

Budget: Salary will be competitive and based on the candidate’s core competencies, experience, and current CTC.

📝 Job Responsibilities:

1.Production Process Handling:

Upstream & Downstream Experience: Must have experience in managing both upstream and downstream processes specific to insulin and glargine biosimilars.

2.GMP Compliance: Candidates must be adept at following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

3.Equipment & Process Management:

Fermentation, Extraction, and Centrifuge Operations: Proficiency in operating fermentation, extraction, and centrifuge processes.

TFF and Chromatography: Skilled in Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and chromatography techniques.

4.Documentation:

GDP Adherence: Execute documentation strictly in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) aligned with GMP requirements.

Accuracy & Completeness: Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness for seamless process tracking and compliance.

5.SAP & Batch Preparation:

SAP Posting: A fundamental understanding of SAP posting processes is necessary.

Batch Preparation Knowledge: Should have a sound knowledge of batch preparation protocols, ensuring all processes are managed efficiently.

6.Environmental Health & Safety (EHS):

EHS Policy Compliance: Capable of implementing Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies within the production area, ensuring a safe working environment.
