🎓 Qualifications:


PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

0-2 years of experience

🔬 Key Responsibilities:


Build innovative frameworks for data integration and automated data mining

Ensure data integrity and accuracy

Develop new methods for data analysis

Code efficiently for proprietary platform development

Develop AI/ML models for different stages of analysis

💡 Required Skills:


Experience in analyzing complex sequencing datasets

Proficiency in DNA/RNA/Protein Sequence alignment tools

Strong coding skills in Python

Familiarity with AI/ML methods (classifiers, regressors, CNN, GNN, etc.)

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

➕ Additional Advantages:


Knowledge of Database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Experience with text/image data analysis and predictive/scoring models
